Daniel R. Butt is a Richmond-based attorney concentrating in real estate and related commercial matters. He represents clients in transactions and disputes involving property purchases and sales, leases, landlord-tenant issues, construction, contracts, business operations, land use, and estate planning.
Admitted to the State Bar of California in 2012, Mr. Butt maintains an active license in good standing. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. His litigation experience includes dozens of trials, including jury trials.
Mr. Butt received his B.A. and J.D. from the University of California, Davis (King Hall).
